How we work

A clear route to your first release.

You bring the idea and the context. We work through the decisions with you, making each stage concrete enough to review before moving on.

  1. Understand

We discuss your audience, existing content, priorities, budget and constraints. We define the first version, the responsibilities and the decisions that need to be made.

A written scope, deliverables and an agreed schedule.

  2. Design

We map the key pages or screens, establish a visual direction and work through the main interactions. You review the experience while changes are still easy to make.

Page designs or an interactive prototype, with a clear review point.

  3. Build & launch

We develop the agreed scope, check the main journeys on mobile and desktop, connect the required services and prepare deployment.

A tested release, access and a handover appropriate to the project.

After launch

We identify improvements from real use. Maintenance, support and further releases are scoped separately so you know what is included and what comes next.

BEFORE WE BEGIN

A few useful answers.

What should I bring to our first conversation?

A short description of your idea, who it is for, any existing website or content, a budget range and your preferred timing. You do not need a finished specification.

How much will it cost?

The price depends on the scope, content, integrations and stage of the product. The form’s budget ranges help frame the conversation; they are not published package prices. We agree a written scope and quote before starting.

How long does a project take?

A focused website and a connected application need different schedules. We discuss content readiness, feedback and integrations before agreeing on milestones. If you have a fixed launch date, tell us at the start.

Can you redesign an existing website?

Yes. We can review the content, visual presentation, mobile experience and enquiry or purchase journey, then agree what to keep and what to rebuild.

Can we work together outside Montréal?

Yes. We work remotely in French and English, with clients in Québec and worldwide. Meeting times and review arrangements are agreed at the start.

Will I own the code and be able to update the site?

Ownership, usage rights, source-code delivery and account access are set out in the project agreement. We also agree which content you need to edit and the tools or handover needed to do it. Third-party tools retain their own licences.

Is maintenance included?

Launch support, ongoing maintenance, hosting and subscriptions are identified in the quote. Further development is scoped separately; we clarify those responsibilities before work begins.
